ACCESS CONTROL INNOVATION WITH MODULEC
WITH MODULEC, LOCINOX UTILISES SMART FLEXIBILITY, MODULARITY AND EASE OF INSTALLATION. AN AESTHETIC AND HIGH-QUALITY SOLUTION FOR GATE AND FENCE ACCESS CONTROL.
Gates and fences are the primary and most important security of buildings and plots of land with Locinox focusing on the development of new access control products.
“Keeps might not be the most remarkable products in our range, but they surely offer many interesting opportunities when it comes to innovation. This also applies to our Modulec about which we are very excited,” says Lieven Pieters, Sales & Marketing Director at Locinox.
“A keep has a very important role because it must secure both the daybolt and the deadbolt of the lock so unwanted visitors cannot intrude.
“One of the main advantages of Modulec is its easy installation. You only need to drill 3 holes, using the supplied template and that’s it. The installer can leave the profile unaltered, which is time-saving. The patented Quick-Fix system makes sure that Modulec is mounted unyieldingly and thus perfectly resists 1,000 kg.
“Modulec is easily interchangeable with all SA & SH keeps, and can be connected to both 12V-24V and AC/DC. Mounted on profiles from 40 mm, Modulec can be combined with gate profiles up to 60 mm. Manufactured for both left and right turning gate wings, installers and manufacturers don’t have to provide different types of gate wings and posts,” Pieters continues. Modulec’s housing is made of black anodised aluminium which guarantees a great corrosion resistance.
“Moreover, in order to guarantee a long life in extreme conditions, every product is submitted to the 500,0000 movements test before launching. Modulec is very strong and resists to pressures of max. 300 kg on the daybolt.
“Modulec is 15% cheaper than SE keeps, also known as Emissa. Modulec offers thus more value for your money. After all, one of the pillars of Locinox’ philosophy is to offer high quality at a keen price. ‘Never settle for less’ is the ultimate motto at Locinox. Together, we want the best, without compromising,” concluded Pieters
