I was a Group Parts Manager in an agricultural engineering business here in North Devon, before joining Mole Valley Farmers in 2014.

What do you consider the main issues affecting the fencing and landscaping industry?

Succession planning – or lack of it. There seem to be a lot of very traditional companies in our sector and any industry needs a good balance of new blood, coupled with tried and tested methods.

What’s been your best idea?

Marrying my wife
