The Timber Decking and Cladding Association (TDCA) has recently launched a comprehensive new information website that will support its members in addition to better informing specifiers, developers and contractors.
The only independently run timber decking and cladding resource in the UK, the TDCA is a non-profit organisation that operates to help drive the market forward; informing and advising users whilst allowing manufacturers and suppliers with high quality products to benefit from two well-regarded accreditation schemes – DeckMark and CladMark.
The new website boasts a comprehensive approved supplier search facility, enabling users to drill down into very specific categories to identify suitable suppliers – no other online resource offers such a service for this industry. In depth information regarding timber decking and cladding, case studies, informative publications (free and paid for), a gallery and frequently asked questions all help to enhance this important online resource.
Membership of the TDCA comes from all aspects of the supply chain with members including Hoppings Softwood Products, Silva Timber, Arnold Laver, Howarth Timber and Smart Cladding Supplies. In total, there are currently 54 TDCA members plus 83 Approved Retailers.
