FENCING AND CONSTRUCTION TRAINING (FACT) – OFFERING TRAINING, INFORMATION AND ADVICE

Hello all, Tim here from Fencing and Construction Training (FaCT). I’m sure that we work closely with a lot of you reading this, I hope you’re all doing well and have had a great start to 2019! To anybody who hasn’t heard of us or anyone who we don’t work with I’d like to let you all know about FaCT and how we can help you. Fencing News have very kindly allowed us to have a regular slot in each issue, so you’ll be hearing a lot more from me in the future!

So, FaCT is the largest provider of training to the UK fencing industry. It’s our core operation and we have a vast amount of experience delivering training, and helping companies develop their staff to meet industry requirements. Our trainers are experts in their fields and provide the highest standards of training.

We’d encourage you to get in contact, with any questions that you have regarding training and industry standards. We know that requirements are ever changing andcan be a confusing and baffling thingto comprehend. So, we do it for you, which lets you get on with what you do best!

In 2018 we delivered more training, helped more companies, and introduced more people into the industry than ever before. However, most importantly, we ensured that our clients met the standard requirements to operate safely and met the legislation criteria applicable.

We also accessed more funding than ever before. Through our apprenticeship scheme we can provide eligible companies with financial assistance to get your staff trained to Blue Card standards. This is something that is imperative in the fencing industry, bringing in skilled workers and up skilling existing workers is crucial.

We offer all sorts of training. Industry qualifications, FISS CSCScards, Health and Safety, Vocational Courses, VRS Training and much much more. We have two centres  equipped with classrooms and touchscreen testing facilities, in Birmingham and Rossendale (Lancashire). We also have a practical training centre in Redditch (Worcestershire) which includes our VRS training systems. Our mobile team of trainers are also more than happy to come to you if you’d prefer!

So, I’d like to invite you to contact us about anything you need be it, Training, information or advice. We’re here to help so don’t hesitate to get in touch!
