CALDERS AND GRANDIDGE LAUNCH NEW WEBSITE
Calders and Grandidge are proud to announce the launch of their new website, after a year of design, construction and testing it is now able to go live.
The new website has taken into consideration the fast evolving digital world and Calders and Grandidge have worked closely with one of the market leading developers to design a bespoke website. We designed the site to be user friendly, whilst making sure we have offered as much support to the customer digitally as possible with the help of how to guides and other useful and informative documents.
We have also taken into account that the world of marketing is changing rapidly and have under gone a period of filming to give our customers an inside eye on the processes and functions which go into making the products our customers buy, these videos are detailed on the website and once again we have worked with a market leader to produce some stunning videography which shows the fabrication, construction and end use of our products re-affirming the care, quality and effort which goes into making every single item we sell. Combined with this Calders and Grandidge have increased our presence on social media, whereas once we were only on twitter we now have a presence on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter and we thoroughly enjoy our interactions with our customers and it is extremely pleasing when we get pictures and posts of our products in-situ, something we weren’t always lucky enough to see.
The opening response has been incredible to both the new website and the increased social media presence, it really gives us a deeper feel for the customers’ needs and requirements and helps us interact more closely with them.
