 A. PERRY UNVEILS QUICKCLIP

A. Perry Ltd. has launched QuickClip, a next-generation steel fencing system that it claims will deliver superior strength, faster installation and long-term durability.

Officially unveiled at FenceX 2025, the QuickClip system has already gained attention across the trade as a more sustainable and cost-effective alternative to traditional timber posts.

Engineered for strength and designed for speed, QuickClip combines a fully formed Y-profile post with a reinforced plate for exceptional rigidity, outperforming typical welded alternatives. The posts are hot-dip galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461, providing a 40-year lifetime guarantee against corrosion.

The innovative clip-on wire system allows wire to be secured effortlessly by hand, with no tools required, significantly reducing installation time for contractors while maintaining a consistent, secure fit for high-tensile fencing applications.

“QuickClip has been developed to solve real challenges faced by fencing professionals, strength, speed, and long-term reliability,” said Guy Perry, Managing Director of A. Perry Ltd. “After nearly two years of design, testing, and refinement, we’re proud to deliver a system that not only performs beyond expectations but does so at a highly competitive price point. As A. Perry celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2025, QuickClip represents our continued commitment to innovation and the values that have driven our family business for a century: quality, integrity, and engineering excellence.”

To further enhance installation efficiency, A. Perry Ltd has partnered with Portek Ltd., who have developed a petrol post driver featuring a bespoke ‘Y’-shaped insert specifically designed for use with the QuickClip intermediate fence posts. This collaboration offers contractors a complete, professional-grade solution for rapid and reliable fence installation.

QuickClip posts are fully compatible with the most common wire types used in agricultural fencing and include pre-drilled holes for electric wire insulators. The system’s Heavy-Duty Straining System ensures every fence begins and ends with the same level of strength, providing long-term stability across all ground types from soft soils to hard terrain.
