Interview with Kerry Mihailovich and Richard Gulland, Account Managers UK/Ireland Wood Protection at Wolman

Wolman is a well established name with a great reputation when it comes to wood preservatives according to Wolman’s Richard Gulland and Kerry Mihailovich.

Wolman has also recently launched a new product in Wolsit KD-5 as Richard explained.

“Wolsit KD-5 is our latest innovation in the UK market, designed to provide robust protection against insects and fungi – within the Use Class 1-3a range – in the low pressure or double vacuum market.

“It’s specially formulated for battens, roof trusses, and construction timber in covered areas. One of its features is its ability to inhibit mould growth during the storage and drying phases, which can be a significant concern for builders and contractors.”

Kerry added “The environment is a top priority for us. We are proud to highlight our product Wolmanit® CX which contains Wolman’s unique active ingredient copper HDO designed for use classes 1- 4, including utility poles, outdoor furniture and timber play structures.”
