Shield Fencing is high performance, machined round timber, made from quality home grown FSC® certified mixed softwoods. The Shield Fencing range has a 15 year warranty when used in ground contact (posts, struts, strainers and stakes), if timbers fail due to wood decay or insect attack.  Uniquely, the 15 year warranty not only covers the timber, but also the reinstallation costs (on a sliding scale).
