MOVING TIMES FOR FACT

Fencing and Construction Training Ltd (FaCT) has recently relocated all of its operations to their site on Weights Farm Business Park in Redditch.

MD Tim Drew explained: “We’ve expanded and improved our training offering with this move

“We have added to our current VRS training centre which now boasts three classrooms, with capacities between 10 and 20 candidates.

“We have also doubled the number of test stations to six at our dedicated CITB training centre, which is also used for Lantra tests including street works and health and safety assessments.

“We also have video training rooms for the delivery of online learning as well as an area outside for fencing and construction training, including street works, mechanical post driver, VRS and fencing skills.

“It makes sense to have all of our operations in one place. We are now just 5 minutes from junction 2 of the M42 and 15 minutes from Birmingham Airport for those choosing to fly in for their training. We really could not be better placed in the heart of the UK with much better access to transport routes than our previous centre in Birmingham.

“We deliver the majority of fencing training within the UK and have worked with over 12,500 candidates to date.

The training body, founded in 2010, offers a wide variety of fencing, landscaping and construction training courses approved an endorsed by trade bodies that include CITB, Lantra and BALI (British Association of Landscape Industries).
