UK LAUNCH FOR MARXACT DIGITAL SURVEYING SOLUTION
Are you tired of waiting for surveyor availability for your projects?
There’s now a new option that enables any worker to fill this gap, gaining flexibility whilst also saving projects significant time and costs. After several successful years in Holland and Germany marXact, has now launched its industry proven UNI-Complete technology in the UK, enabling local contractors to easily and affordably bring many day-today surveying tasks in-house.
The technology promises to help alleviate one of construction’s biggest constraints – the shortage of qualified surveyors. With surveyors costing up to £1,000 per day, it also promises to reduce surveying costs. By enabling available inhouse workers to undertake surveying, marXact’s UNI-Complete package now gives UK contractors more control over the surveying process. With just 30 minutes of training marXact’s UNI-Complete package enables any worker on site to undertake many surveying tasks immediately.
Whether it’s mapping out cables, measuring pipes, marking out fencing, or many other everyday tasks there’s no longer the need to wait for an external surveyor to arrive. Immediate access to the data via UNI-Cloud also means reports can be completed sooner. The greater flexibility and lower costs have made it a very popular solution with contractors and their customers throughout the Netherlands.
Built around three core components, the system is designed to be intuitive, easy to use, and reliable. The UNI-GR2 GNSS Receiver is essentially a highly connected theodolite. The increased flexibility of marXact’ s technology has proven especially popular with European contractors involved in installing and upgrading EV infrastructure and fibre networks. While traditional surveying companies also benefit from the freedom and flexibility the technology provides, junior employees can undertake more of the day-to-day tasks, freeing up senior team members to focus on more complex tasks.
The accessibility and simplicity of the marXact solution promises to be a real game changer for UK construction, not only reducing the costs and delays associated with waiting for external surveyors but also empowering fieldworkers with new skills and capabilities without compromising on accuracy or reliability.
