We are passionate about providing our customers with the best products, materials and installations and are looking for an experienced fence installer to join our friendly team as a lead installer.
Applicants should have previous experience in all aspects of fencing installations from metal railings, security fencing and garden fencing; experience with Jacksons and KDM products would be advantageous.. A full UK driving licence is an essential requirement with a trailer licence preferred.
We will continue to invest in your development through a scheme of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in order to enhance your skills and provide fence installation services the ‘Suddenstrike way’.
All applicants must be well organised, have excellent written and verbal skills and ideally have a proven track record in a customer facing position.
As a Suddenstrike installer, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of your team and your projects, setting your project up from a plan, organising stock for your project, liaising with your manager and reporting progress of your projects. You should be able to think on your feet, be confident in making decisions, reliable and punctual with a high attention to detail required.
The primary working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00; however, flexibility in the role is key as working out of your primary hours is occasionally required; weekend work is currently on a one in three rota system.
Your starting salary will reflect your experience and qualifications, but starting from £14.00 per hour for the right candidate. Along side this there is an opportunity to increase earnings further through bonus schemes. The position also includes twenty eight days paid holiday, a company mobile, tablet, vehicle, clothing, personal protective equipment, tools and other equipment for work use only.
Appointments will be subject to references, validation of full UK driving licence and qualifications (where applicable) and a successful enhanced DBS check.
