FULLY FINISHED COLOURED GATES FROM CHARLTONS

Earlier this year, to mark Charltons 120th anniversary it was announced that several new products were being launched.

The new 5 Bar Wessex and 6 Bar Buckland gates, both offered up to 14ft (4.27m), have been very  successful with sales continuing to increase. Also, proving to be very popular is the made to measure bespoke service on the Country (featheredge) and Town (TGV) side gates, which are also available in extra widths (2’6”, 3’6” and 4’) straight from stock.

Now being launched is the fully treated service on our Softwood Courtyard gates, initially in four heritage colours.

Gates will be Vac-Vac treated using Wolman Wolsit KD-20C; by using this double low-pressure process, the wood is thoroughly impregnated with preservatives to protect it from decay, insects and other forms of deterioration. Which achieves User Class 3 and once dried the gates will then have two coats of Osmo coloured oil applied.

Like all the Courtyard range these gates will be constructed with CNC precision mortice & tenon joints, built in weather features and offered with a choice of stile tops. The TGV will then be screwed with matching powder coated coloured screws.
