FULL SPEED AHEAD WITH VENETIAN PANEL CAPABILITY

FULL SPEED AHEAD WITH VENETIAN PANEL CAPABILITY

It’s been a ‘full on’ start to 2025 for Southam Automation with continuing innovation playing its part in the development of their fence panel machinery.

James Smith, who now runs the firm’s workshop in deepest Warwickshire, commented: “Our feather edge machines are now able to make Venetian panels and older models can be retro-fitted to construct this stylish fencing option.

“It’s a type of horizontal slatted fencing that supposedly originated in the Far East and was adopted by Venetian traders.”

“Whatever the origins, it’s proving very popular with UK homeowners if initial interest and sales are anything to go by!” added James.

The company has also just launched a website, a project that’s ‘been a long time coming’ according to James.

“Customers will be able to find us at www.southamautomation.com. It will be a good shop window for our various fencing technologies and we are hoping to have videos on the site of our machines at work in the near future.”

“We’re seeing a lot of interest so far this year on the back of the rising costs of employing staff. Our expertly engineered machines are the ultimate in labour saving devices for the fencing industry.”

“Our shed making machinery is also going ‘great guns’ and we are constantly looking to evolve the scope of what can be manufactured, “added James.

Finance is available for the machines in order to spread the cost.
