NSA Sheep Event 2020 – update

Urgent update regarding the NSA Sheep Event 2020 –  – Postponed until Monday 19th Oct 2020

Dear Exhibitor

It is with deep regret that due to the ongoing and worsening situation surrounding Coronavirus (COVID-19), NSA after taking careful account of the latest Government and Public Health guidance, has today announced the postponement of the 2020 NSA Sheep Event until Monday 19th October at the Three Counties Show Ground, Malvern.

With the Government advising against attending mass gatherings and further action relating to social distancing and self-isolation and unnecessary travel, the NSA felt there was no other option at this time.

The NSA prides itself on being a member led organisation, delivering our iconic event.

This will be a difficult year for the nation as a whole, and for the NSA and many other associations and businesses, and we will all be affected by the financial outcome of this scenario.  We have created a policy that we hope allows those requiring refunds to receive them on the basis of what is listed below.  At the same time, we are giving the opportunity for our many supporters to leave funds already committed with the NSA, or to be rolled over to 2022.

NSA Sheep 2020 – Our updated Terms and conditions  for this this event are as follows:

1. To confirm all bookings already received will be informed of the change of date and if this does not suit them they will have a full refund or credit note if they have not yet paid.

2. Any new bookings taken from now will not be invoiced until the last week of August.

3. If the event then has to be cancelled on the 19th Oct all exhibitors would be offered a full refund or asked if they would carry the booking over to the 2022 event.

Our wide range of exhibitor opportunities can be found at the NSA Sheep Event 2020 web page with bookings for trade stands now remaining open until Friday 28th August using the updated booking form.

The 20% surcharge for late bookings has now been removed.

We thank those exhibitors that have already booked to join us and hope you will continue to support the event on its new date.
