Gate hardware business D&D Technologies has recently been acquired by ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions, a leader in entrance automation, control, and access solutions.
Founded in the late 1980s, D&D Technologies is an Australian-based manufacturer of quality, state-of-the-art gate latches, locks and hinges. Internationally renowned for their ground-breaking MagnaLatch magnetic child safety gate latch for swimming pools and other child safety gates, the company is a welcome addition to the ASSA ABLOY group.
