 PHAROAH SHOWS TRUE AFI COLOURS

The Association of Fencing Industries has highlighted the impressive efforts of one of its members, Pharoah Group, based in Chelmsford, Essex. Operating primarily in the southeast of England, Home Counties, and London, Pharoah Group has taken a significant step in elevating its professional image and commitment to industry standards by ensuring that its fleet vehicles are liveried to proudly display their AFI membership and Certified Contractor Scheme status.

Certified Contractors Scheme 2024

“Membership of the AFI signifies a commitment to the fencing industry and a desire to elevate standards across the entire scope of our field,” said Nick Tan, Associate Commercial Director of Pharoah Group. “We wanted to give our customers the reassurance that we are backed by the only association dedicated solely to fencing—the AFI, and additionally, that our standards meet the stringent criteria of the AFI Certified Contractor Scheme.”

Pete Clark, CEO of the AFI, praised Pharoah Group for their proactive approach:

“Recognising the importance of standing out in a competitive market, Pharoah Group’s decision to livery all their vehicles not only underscores their dedication to the fencing industry but also aligns with the AFI’s mission of raising industry standards and promoting that AFI members are the best in the industry.

“Pharoah has a compelling reputation in the housing sector, which has been established over three decades and now extends into other sectors of fencing and also landscaping. They are proud of their highly trained and certified operatives and, like the AFI, are dedicated to delivering only the best quality service, delivering fencing to a specification and standard—not just a price per meter.”

In addition to the vehicle liveries, Pharoah Group has also taken the initiative to issue all their vehicle drivers with the AFI Van Driver Booklet. This booklet is packed full of essential regulations and useful information for drivers of vehicles, ensuring they are well-informed and equipped to maintain high standards of driving and efficiency on the road whilst getting to and from site safely on a daily basis.
