WALFORD TIMBER AIMS TO EXPAND ITS INSTALLER NETWORK IN 2023

Following the success of its Installer Network over the past seven years, Walford Timber is looking to grow the network across a wider area and increase the number of installers in areas that are currently underserviced.

The Installer Network is made up of contractors, specially selected by Walford Timber and its branches in Cheltenham and Chesham to install their products to exacting standards.

The installers benefit from frequent access to good quality leads, marketing support, an online trade portal and extended guarantees on Walford Timber products. This includes a 10-year guarantee on pressure treated products such as fence panels and a 15-year guarantee on PermaTimber fence posts. These fence posts are WPA Approved and have been incised to ensure a far greater preservative treatment uptake. The PermaTimber guarantee will even contribute towards labour costs should an installer ever need to call on it.

Those who wish to join the Installer Network must put forward at least three references, while members undergo regular checks to be sure of the great quality of their work. Projects are also routinely reviewed to ensure they meet specifications and that the end customers are satisfied with the work completed.

Walford Timber manufactures some of the most robust fencing and outdoor timber products available on the UK market. Other products include garden gates, which are also sold to other merchants and stockists, heavy duty sheds, and timber landscaping products. The addition of the Installer Network has enabled the company to build on its reputation for great customer service.
