Devon-based fencing contractor Ashley Selway is rushed off his feet in these surreal times with his beloved Profencer taking the strain on a daily basis.

Ashley, a farmer’s son, started APR Fencing around 4 years ago inspired by his father who spent 30 years fencing around the South West as well as farming.

“I can honestly say that I’d probably not be in fencing if I didn’t have a Profencer,” exclaimed Ashley who purchased the machine back in 2016. “It’s an outstanding piece of kit that’s mounted on the front of my tractor. It has a number of functions and offers so much flexibility when out in the field.

“From the tilt mechanisms to its innovative hydraulics, it ticks all of the boxes and makes my workload easier and significantly quicker,” added Ashley who operates out of Branscombe near Sidmouth on the south coast.

Carrying out agricultural, deer and equine fencing as well as domestic contracts across Devon, Ashley also operates a Protech evo tracked banger.

“Both Profencer and Protech have transformed my daily workload. In my opinion they are both essential acquisitions for any fencing contractor that wants to be taken seriously. It’s a big outlay but you see the benefits almost immediately

“We regularly get upto 1000 metres done per day. No other machine can touch it!

“It gets my seal of approval 100 per cent!” concluded Ashley.
