The distraction of a general election, ongoing uncertainty over the UK’s future with Europe and a very wet Autumn have all failed to take the shine of another successful year for Ellpro Timber.

Our tenth year of trading provided us with some of the busiest months ever, but our sights are now firmly set on 2020! We are already in the process of building up our stock levels in preparation for next year. With the trades busiest period just around the corner, our priority is to ensure our customers have the stock they need to fulfil every order they work so hard for.

As well as increased stock quantities we have also expanded our range of products. With an increase in the number of options available in natural peeled, machine round and sawn fencing products, along with additions to our garden products, we now offer more choice than ever before. The brand-new warehouse facility at Wisbech is now complete which will give us a huge boost, doubling the capacity available for the growth in our manufactured range.

Our flexible multidrop delivery service and our vast stock holding makes it easy for merchants to react to market requirements instantly. That includes seasonal requirements. The range of firewood we stock for example, has become a real asset to customers wishing to take delivery of the exact quantity they need when they need it. This allows them to attract business in a traditionally quieter time of year, without having to commit to full containers and the cost and storage issues that can bring. Another product which is a perfect fit for our flexible multidrop service is our “cut to size” QP1 French oak beams. Our customers are finding it hugely beneficial to order just the spec they need. Whether it’s intended for a specific client project, or they simply wish to stock a small range of premium quality oak, we can make it happen.

The team here at Ellpro Timber are all hugely thankful for the support of our wonderful customers throughout 2019. One thing you can be absolutely certain of for 2020 is Ellpro Timber’s commitment to supporting you in return. With the back-up of vast stock levels, professional service, quality products and competitive prices.
