FENCING VILLAGE GROWS AT APF 2024

The Fencing Village at APF 2024 is returning to Ragley Estate, Warwickshire on the 19/20/21st September.
Since we introduced the idea of a Fencing Village at the APF Demo in 2018 it has become an increasingly popular feature. Fencing is obviously very important for many woodlands and estates and we had feedback bemoaning the fact that the fencing industry didn’t really have it own dedicated show. It seemed a perfect fit within the APF show so the concept of the APF Fencing Village was born. It has grown for each show and we are delighted at the response. In a high profile location within the show you will be able to find most of the major manufacturers and suppliers of fencing equipment and materials in the UK. Companies already booked include, McVeigh Parker, Tornado Wire, Hampton Steel, ArcelorMittal Sheffield, Solo Fencing, Bryce Suma, Sacrofast, Autoguide, Ian Snape Agriculture, the Association Of Fencing Industries and Easy Petrol Post Driver. Not only can you see and compare products but much of the equipment can be seen working under realistic conditions. APF 2024 will welcome 300 exhibitors, 25 000 visitors and around £80 million of equipment, much of it working.
APF 2024 will feature once again the British Fencing Championships sponsored by McVeigh Parker. This was so popular in 2022 that we have expanded the arena by 50% to enable more teams to take part. We will be hosting the inaugural British Speed Fencing competition to reflect the increasing demand and interest in Clipex fencing. Teams of two will go against the clock to erect 60m of fencing in the shortest time however there will be time penalties for shoddy work! This will take place on Thursday 19th. On Friday 20th will see The British Open Fencing Championship using traditional wood and wire fencing. Full details of the competition, rules and entry forms can be found in the competitions and events page on our website www.apfexhibition.co.uk. Both competitions will be for teams of two. In 2022 demand for places was high and we had to close for entries long before the event so get your entry in early and you could be named the best fencer in the UK!
We still have some space available in the Fencing Village. A 10m frontage site costs just £1705 and you will get a very targeted audience. The APF show is still predominantly a trade show with 95% of our visitors working professionals. We also have some very attractive sponsorship packages if you would like to boost your company’s profile at the show. Exhibitors in the Fencing Village also get the opportunity to use the fencing arena on Saturday 21st for working demonstrations. Maps, booking forms and a list of currently booked exhibitors can be found in the useful documents area in the exhibitor section of the website.
