 FIRST FENCE INTRODUCES THE FFL GATE RANGE IN PARTNERSHIP WITH WISNIOWSKI

The demand for enhanced security solutions on commercial sites is growing by the day here in the UK. Whilst First Fence has been at the forefront of supplying many different fencing systems to the UK market for 15 years, they have only engaged to a limited extent in supplying the gates to match… until now!

 

This changed at the start of 2025 with a partnership agreed for First Fence to be the sole UK distributor for Wisniowski gates.

In an exclusive interview with Fencing News, Manager of Gate Automation Jonathan Walter shared his excitement around what it means for both First Fence and the UK market.

“We had looked at a few options, including manufacturing our own range of gates or bringing in partly assembled ones,” says Walter. “But after an initial meeting with several key members of the Wisniowski team we felt more at ease about becoming a reference and managing gate offerings. The size and scale of the Wisniowski brand in mainland Europe is huge, and it seemed the perfect fit to bring them to the UK market through our distribution channel, as one of the biggest suppliers of fencing systems.”

With over 35 years of manufacturing expertise and a huge portfolio of gates now available, ranging from fully built, Plug and Play style systems to garage doors, security doors and windows, partnering with the Wisniowski brand was a no-brainer for First Fence.

“As a company, we believe in not just supplying in an existing market, using the same supplier that others use, but in offering a new alternative. We want our customers to never be limited by current options.”

Wisniowski are well known in the UK with their range of garage doors being used and distributed by many companies, but this is their first real foray into their gates being distributed here.

The FFL range offered through First Fence now encompasses cantilever gates, tracked sliding gates and swing gates, with a choice of some of the best-known automation brands on the market available, giving installers the flexibility to use a brand they are familiar with.

“We listened out to what is important to our customer base,” explains Walter. “We believe the lead times, along with ease of use and the overall quality of the products really hits the golden mark for our customer.”

With gates available as standard up to a 12m clear opening on the sliding gates and 10m on swing, with lots of infill options and RAL colours available, First Fence are now able to offer their customers the complete package for site security, whilst also being able to look at any bespoke options a customer may require.

First Fence has a real advantage within the market, with lead times as quick as 4 weeks depending on the infill and colour options and a fleet of over 50 vehicles to deliver the orders to their customers. Along with the flexibility to supply the gates with a brand of automation the installer is familiar with.

“We have a dedicated team focusing on our automated product range,” adds Walter. “Meaning we can turn around quotes and drawings within a couple of hours, enabling our customer to seize the opportunity with their clients.”
