More than 150 years of experience has enabled Moreda Riviere Trefilerías S.A. (MRT) to expand its range of products for the residential market to include panels, railings and gates in a variety of sizes and finishes.
MRT’s range is characterised by the high quality finish to the products. For instance, the Hercules® panel’s 44mm bend is of the largest on the market and there is a variety of privacy kit options
to choose from to enhance the look of this panel system. The MRT privacy kits consist of horizontal and vertical sheets that are placed on the Hercules® panel, creating a space of intimacy and privacy.
In addition to the panels, MRT also manufactures a wide variety of railings. Whether it be the classic design of the Tube Plus, or the more elaborate Exotic® with its seemingly random pattern, the differing aesthetics, uses, finishes and dimensions available means there is an option to meet most tastes. 2023 has also seen the introduction of Bubble and Helix to further enhance the already extensive range.
To meet the varying demands of its customers, MRT has developed several types of post with a selection of specific accessories according to which panel or railing is preferred.
Where it is generally accepted that mesh systems with plain posts and 2.5m length panels are regarded as the standard cost- effective offering globally, it’s worth highlighting that the Hercules® Pro system is now available for the UK and Ireland industrial markets with pre-drilled posts and inserts with M8 screws and clips to compliment the 3m length Hercules® panel.
Each panel and railing has its corresponding metal gate which can be installed in the garden or residence. These too are coated on MRT’s in-house powder coating line, offering a multitude of colours; with gloss, matte, texture, oxidon, and sandblasted finishes also available.
