With this perspective, our new BI-FOLDING 180° is born. It’s a special system that’s ideal for expanding space.
“The new kit of the Bi-Foldingfamily is designed to expand passage space to 180°. The system utilises all Bi-Folding qualities with a larger movement angle: in fact, the leaves rotate at 180°, disappearing from the opening passage and facilitating entry.
“This cutting edge system is suitable for openings up to 4m, and can be used in a double installation, for openings up to 8m. As with FAC’s existing standard Bi-Foldingkit, this system is easy to install and does not require any ground track,” added David.
The Bi-Folding kits includes all the accessories required to install a gate:
- Column joint
- Leaf joint
- Specially designed 180° hinges
- Dedicated aluminium hinges for the folding leaves
- Special protective guards.
David went on: “Swing gates are often chosen due to their ease of mounting, without the need to install ground track, while still being suitable for wide openings – all with FACoptimum quality and reliability as standard.
“The trackless system makes the installation suitable even on difficult terrain, or where there is no lateral sliding space for the gate to park.
“FAC Srl provides all suitable accessories for this type of gate, such as upper and lower pivots, both with and without plates, adjustable or for quick fastening, as well as hinges, pins and safety cables,” he concluded.
