STENNER BANDSAW LUBRICATION PACKAGE

It is almost twenty years since Stenner launched their own Stenner Bandsaw Lubricant.

The product is based on vegetable oil and should be used neat. It is supplied in 20 and 205 litre drums and 1000 litre IBC’s .To ensure that the Lubricant is applied to the Blade and Pulleys as accurately as possible the Stenner Accumist Spray System was developed. It is now in its “4th Generation “and has four individual pumps delivering oil to both sides of the blade and to the top and bottom pulley. Each pump can be individually adjusted to give maximum control. The system is electrically linked to the main motor such that it only operates when the pulleys are turning. Accumist Systems can be fitted to new machines and also retrofitted to existing resaws.
