Strong Training. Safer Results. Superior Standards.

Strong Training. Safer Results. Superior Standards.

Fencing is a specialist profession. So, the machinery used requires specialist training.

At Tuppco, we understand the demands facing today’s professional fencer. Training is about far more than ticking a compliance box. It helps ensure you remain on the right side of legislation, validates your insurance, improves workplace safety and, ultimately, helps individuals and businesses perform at their best.

Whether you’re looking for Post Rammer training, Telehandler training or a range of other plant and machinery courses, Tuppco provides practical, industry-focused learning designed specifically for those working in the fencing and land-based sectors.

One area we’re particularly proud of is our Post Rammer training. As one of only a small number of providers offering dedicated training for post rammers, we are helping to raise standards across the fencing industry. The course holds special significance for us, as Tuppco founder Bertie played a key role in its development from the very beginning.

Over the years, he has spent countless hours travelling across the country, delivering hands-on training to fencing contractors and operators, often using the same machines they operate every day.

This practical, real-world approach remains at the heart of everything we do. We work with established fencing businesses, self-employed contractors and individuals entering the industry for the first time. Some learners are completely new to a particular machine, while others require formal training and certification for equipment they already use regularly.

Whatever their experience level, our aim is always the same: to provide high-quality training that builds confidence, competence and safe working practices.

All our courses are delivered in line with the requirements of recognised awarding bodies, including NPORS and Lantra. Achieving the relevant certification gives operators and employers confidence that industry standards have been met, while ensuring the knowledge gained can be applied immediately.

At the same time, we recognise that no two businesses, sites or working environments are exactly alike. Wherever possible, we tailor the practical elements of training to reflect the machinery, equipment and type of work our customers undertake.

While remaining fully compliant with course requirements, this flexibility helps make training more relevant, engaging and beneficial for those attending.

For us, it’s all about getting the balance right. We combine nationally recognised standards with practical experience gained from working within the fencing industry itself. The result is training that feels relevant, straightforward and directly applicable to the challenges operators face every day.

To support the continued growth of Tuppco, we’re also pleased to launch our brand-new website. The new platform brings all our training information together in one place, making it easier than ever to explore available courses, learn more about our services and stay up to date with upcoming training opportunities.

It also provides a straightforward way for our customers to discuss their specific training requirements with our team.
